The link is rejected before a result appears

Copy the address from the post’s Share menu, then paste the full URL. Use a public video or photo post, not a profile, hashtag, search page or screenshot. TikSave validates the actual TikTok hostname; a different website containing the word “tiktok.com” is not a TikTok link.

Try the examples of supported formats in the link guide. If pasting is blocked by your browser, use the input field’s native Paste action.

The post cannot be retrieved

Open the same address in TikTok. A private, removed, unavailable or restricted post may not supply a file. This tool cannot unlock private posts or bypass a login requirement.

If the post is public and opens normally, a temporary provider or network failure may be involved. Wait a moment and retry once. If several public posts fail, report the error message and your browser through Contact. Never include your TikTok password.

Video, audio or photos are missing from the result

Options are shown only for files returned by the source. A video may have no separate audio track. A photo post may have individual images without a rendered slideshow video. A video of pictures may have no separate photos.

Choose the tool that matches the content: video, audio or photos. No missing format is created by renaming an existing file.

A button appears, but the file will not save

Check your browser’s Downloads view for an interrupted transfer and confirm that your device has storage available. Download links are resolved again when you choose a file; a temporary upstream error can still prevent the transfer.

Try the result again after a short wait. If your browser opens a media preview, use its save or download action. On iPhone, use the file-location guide; on Android, check Chrome Downloads. Do not repeatedly submit the same request while a transfer is running.

The saved quality is lower than expected

Available source quality determines the output. TikSave does not increase resolution, rebuild missing frames or remove captions and logos embedded by a creator. A file label is not a guarantee that a higher-resolution source exists.
